The Disruptive Leadership Report

The report is based on in depth interviews, quantitative research and insight working alongside 1000’s of leaders from startups, scaleups, leading technology companies and some of the largest corporations on the planet.

The report explores why some leaders and companies have been successful in the context of disruption, whilst others have failed. The number one thing standing in the way of rapid change is leaders don’t recognise they have a problem. Even if they do see the problem, most don’t have the skills or the mindset to lead in a new way. Leaders have learned to maximise predictability and control, not to unleash creativity, learning and facilitate the rapid change needed in the context of uncertainty.
