Event information

Following on from our first event, this will be the second in our series of our Scaleup L&D Breakfasts. The session is a chance to learn, share and develop practical insight with a number of like minded people. As global learning leaders, you will have the opportunity to get insight from different organisational contexts and deep dive into key topics and challenges amongst a group of Senior L&D leaders.

We are thrilled to be joined by Jeff, a Partner and Coach at T-minus. Jeff has been working in the Learning and Development arena for the past 20 years. During his time at Facebook he helped the company scale through developing a learning strategy that supported tens of thousands of new hires join the company and learn how to be impactful, quickly. From Leadership Development to new hire orientation, he was instrumental in their execution. His L&D team were asked to be at the top table for the most difficult situations, elevating the function from one of support, to a crucial business partner.

Drawing on the work he carried out at Facebook, Jeff will be discussing the pivots that Facebook L&D made to:

  • Support and grow the culture positively
  • Implement HR processes
  • Develop Leaders and managers
  • Develop high performing teams

We intend to have a real dialogue rather than a presentation, and collectively explore how we can apply this within your own businesses.
