Why T-minus?
We are thrilled to announce that today The OMTM becomes T-minus. We wanted a name that reflects the beating heart of our mission: launching disruptive leaders. We feel proud that our name reflects the sense of energy, exploration and fearlessness that we help today’s leaders develop, as they journey into unknown territory and scale new heights.
Why do we exist?
I learned the hard way that if you don’t invest in yourself as a leader, you’re limiting the potential of your business right off the bat. When I was building my first startups, I simply didn’t know what I didn’t know. It was hard to find the right support, or the people with the right expertise to share.
I founded T-minus to solve this problem for others; to get the best support to leaders forging new paths into unknown territories in startups, as well as in the corporates they disrupt.
What’s happened so far?
Over the past 12 months, we’ve built an incredible global network of coaches, leadership experts, learning designers, entrepreneurs and academics. We’ve worked with hundreds of leaders and teams at some of the most disruptive companies in the world including Monzo, Deliveroo, Facebook, Checkout.com. We’ve also helped bring disruptive leadership and startup best practice into some of the world’s most successful organisations, including Unilever, The Guardian Media Group and Cancer Research UK.
What this means for you?
We’ve re-engineered how we support leaders and teams, working at the intersection of coaching, leadership development and disruptive innovation — releasing human potential, and launching your business’ most potent asset.
We provide:
- Coaching: tap into a global network of world-class coach mentors, curated for founders, CEOs and senior leaders.
- Leadership development: bespoke programmes for senior leaders and new managers, designed and delivered by an expert faculty.
- Disruptive innovation: Bringing disruptive leadership and deploying startup best practice at scale in large corporates, driving growth and building a culture of innovation.
Have you considered what your T-minus to launch is? If you want to grow your capability, disrupt industries and create new markets, then let’s talk.
