Ben is a business psychologist and strategist specialising in leadership and culture. He has worked for a decade as a leadership consultant, researcher and facilitator, most recently as Managing Director of Futureproofing at Hoxby, and as Client Lead at Imagine and on the faculty at The School of Life. He is passionate about helping organisations and individuals find their purpose and empowering people to thrive in the future of work.
