Dorian is a brain and behaviour scientist with deep expertise in leadership, decision intelligence, and human systems change. He's worked for over a decade as a consultant, researcher, educator, and clinician. Currently based primarily at RMA Sandhurst, teaching leadership to domestic and international militaries; previously he operated out of the University of Cambridge and the Judge Business School with a focus on leadership under complexity/uncertainty. Dorian's speciality is helping individuals, enterprises, and militaries use the sciences of mind to make meaningful and measurable changes to their patterns of thinking and behaving.
