Dorian is a neuroscientist and educator specialising in human systems change. He has worked for over a decade as a researcher, educator, and clinician, most recently at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, and SystemIQ. Prior to alighting in the UK, he spent six years in the Australian Defence Force as a Platoon Commander (Army) leading small team operations. His passion is using the sciences of mind to help individuals and organisations make meaningful changes to their patterns of thinking and behaving.
