Following 20 years of creating award-winning strategies for big brands, Emma trained as a coach to help teams and individuals grow as much as those brands. She counts emotional intelligence, NLP and the Dare to Lead programme as valuable tools amongst the many in her kit bag. A strong strategic thinker and regular speaker, her talks and masterclasses have been held privately, at large conferences and events as well as at Soho House. She also consults on people and culture in a NED capacity.
