International Marketing, Sales and Consultancy roles with Unilever, PepsiCo and Diageo before co-founding Brand Learning, a specialist marketing capability consultancy in 2000. Led the business as Co-CEO, then as Group CEO then President, supporting multinational clients, with offices in London, New York and Singapore, before selling the business to Accenture in 2017. Headed up the global Marketing Consultancy in Accenture (Customer Insight & Growth), now part of Accenture Interactive. Board Trustee for the Leverhulme Trust. Co-author of ‘The Growth Drivers’ – The Definitive Guide to Transforming Marketing Capabilities (Wiley). Former Chair and Member of council of The Marketing Group of Great Britain, a Fellow of the Marketing Society, Member of the British Psychological Society, and Association of British Psychologists. Winner of ‘Best Leader’ and ‘Best Company’ The Sunday Times Best Companies Award, together with Andy Bird, Co-founder, Brand Learning.
