Our Chiefs for Change events are exclusive gatherings designed for C-Suite executives who are deeply committed to taking meaningful action to advance gender equity within their organisations.
These events bring together visionary leaders who understand the urgency and importance of closing the gender gap at work.
Our goal is to foster open dialogues, share best practices, and inspire concrete initiatives that will drive change. Together, we will explore innovative strategies, challenge existing norms, and pledge our collective dedication to creating a more inclusive and equitable future.
Chiefs for Change is not just a discussion; it’s a commitment to action, and we look forward to harnessing the collective power of our C-Suite leaders to make a lasting impact on gender equity in the corporate world.
Who is eligible
This invite only event has been curated for C-Level executive leaders with the passion, power and perspective to drive meaningful change for gender equity.
We’ll select 25 companies to join us for a unique experience to bring together industry leaders to share their expertise, knowledge and best practice in accelerating progress.
- Eligible titles include Chief Executive Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer or equivalent
- You have a commitment to accelerating gender equity in your company over the next 12 months
- We’ll invite you to attend with a senior person of a different gender
- Company size must be over 2000 employees
