This is a free 60 minute taster session for the T– Psychological Safety masterclass. The session is aimed at Senior L&D Practitioners in high growth/ high change organisations.

The highly interactive session will explore the role Psychological Safety plays in unlocking teams and organisational high performance; including agility, innovation, inclusivity, problem solving and retention.

• Explore the relationship between psychological safety, trust and vulnerability
• Get you to think about how psychologically safe your own organisation is and what you could do about it
• Explore the trust equation and how you could build trust
