DETAILS
Organisations don’t change, people do.
Are you struggling to make change stick? Are your employees frustrated, fatigued, or avoiding change? Whether you are a change leader in an established organisation shifting strategic direction or culture, a private equity-backed organisation changing gear for growth, or a hyper-growth company hurtling towards IPO, articulating the type of change you want to achieve is easy. Building the muscle for change and creating buy-in is much harder.
In this session, we will:
- Explore the qualities of a change leader and how they differ from day-to-day management
- Look at the change you are leading from the perspective of your stakeholders
- Explore techniques for managing resistance to change
