This is a free 60 minute taster session for the T– Mastering Difficult Conversations masterclass. The session is aimed at Senior L&D Practitioners in high growth/ high change organisations.

This taster session will explore the mindset and skill set needed to tip the scales from avoidance, to creating a high performance culture where brave conversations are seen as a courageous and necessary gift. 

This session aims to:

• Help us understand what really stops us engaging in brave conversations
• Build a tool kit to increase our confidence and capability to have difficult conversations 
• Generate more effective communication between team members → increased engagement, retention & performance

Our hosts

Ian Forshew, T– founder and CEO, Ian has >20 years experience as an entrepreneur, business operator and founder CEO / COO / board member. As well as holding interim C-level and Growth Advisor roles for VC funded businesses, he’s founded and successfully exited two companies, bringing his wealth of knowledge to drive growth at T–.

Sarah Verstraete Auteri, T– Director, Executive Coach and leadership development practitioner, Sarah has worked across 25+ countries and cultures and blends her background of both commercial and talent development experience. Prior to joining the T– rocket ship, Sarah worked in-house at Meta, partnering with global leadership teams to provide organisational, team and leadership development solutions.
