With over a decade of experience in leadership development and men’s mental health, Fiona brings an empathetic, inclusive perspective to every engagement. Her innovative approach reshapes narratives around gender equity, promoting genuine inclusion. Fiona collaborates with C-suite leaders to foster environments that champion equity for all genders through empathy, allyship, and actionable insights, making her a key influencer in creating equitable futures across various sectors.
