Introducing The Gender Equity Collective | Brand Book

DETAILS

Powered by T–, The Gender Equity Collective focuses on achieving one goal; to make gender equity the rule, not the exception.

The problem

The estimated global spend on DEI initiatives is expected to reach $15.4 billion by 2026. It is predicted it will take 132 years to achieve gender equity in the workplace. Change is needed at a system level to create more inclusive and just society for everyone, irrespective of gender.

So why has progress been so slow?

  1. Companies don’t know where to start
  2. Gender initiatives get delegated down
  3. Initiatives are outdated
  4. Failure to engage men
  5. No senior leadership buy in
  6. Not set as a strategic objective
  7. Only target women
  8. No cross industry collaboration or knowledge share
  9. Programmes are performative, not authentic
  10. they take an individual rather than an organisational approach

What we do

We want to meet companies wherever they are on their journey to achieving gender parity. Our programmes, partnerships and events are designed to create long-term change within a system that reveals itself to be broken to all genders.
