Our hosts
Ian Forshew, T– founder and CEO, Ian has 18-years experience as an entrepreneur, business operator and founder CEO / COO / board member. As well as holding interim C-level and Growth Advisor roles for VC funded businesses he’s founded and successfully exited two companies, bringing his wealth of knowledge to drive growth at T–.
Fiona Barron, Director T- and Founder The Gender equity Collective is a dynamic trainer, speaker, and consultant with a strong background in clinical and positive psychology. She is dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, approaching gender equity with boldness and an intersectional lens. With over a decade of experience in leadership development and men’s mental health, Fiona brings an empathetic, inclusive perspective to every engagement. Her innovative approach reshapes narratives around gender equity, promoting genuine inclusion. Fiona collaborates with C-suite leaders to foster environments that champion equity for all genders through empathy, allyship, and actionable insights, making her a key influencer in creating equitable futures across various sectors.
