T– & The Gender Equity Collective Presents: International Women’s Day | 6 March 2025
DETAILS
International Women’s Day: A strategic session for leaders ready to drive real change
International Women’s Day is a time for celebration, reflection and—most importantly—action. While we honour the achievements of women globally, true gender equity requires progress for everyone. However, as global shifts in DEI policies, including the recent executive order, place diversity, equity and inclusion under scrutiny, leaders must navigate a complex landscape with both resilience and strategy.
The future of gender equity is at a crossroads.
Across industries and regions, changing regulations, backlash against DEI, and economic pressures are reshaping the way organisations approach inclusion. Yet, evidence remains clear—organisations that prioritise gender equity continue to outperform those that do not. In this session, we cut through the noise to focus on what works: embedding gender equity in leadership, policies and workplace culture to drive measurable impact.
Agenda
- The shifting DEI landscape – Understanding the impact of the latest executive order and global policy shifts on gender equity in business.
- Measuring what matters – Moving beyond good intentions with practical, data-driven strategies to create and track lasting impact.
- Future-proofing your DEI strategy – Ensuring gender equity efforts remain strong, effective and resilient amidst evolving external pressures.
What you’ll gain from this session:
- Insights on global trends and regulatory shifts: Gain a clear understanding of how recent policy changes, including the latest executive order, are shaping the DEI landscape—and what this means for your organisation’s gender equity strategy
- Peer-to-peer input on the best responses to DEI challenges: Engage in facilitated discussions with senior leaders from diverse industries, sharing insights and learning from real-world approaches to sustaining gender equity progress despite external pressures
- Move beyond good intentions to measurable, lasting impact: Discover how to design, track and measure gender equity initiatives that go beyond lip service, ensuring tangible results
- Practical strategies to foster truly inclusive leadership: Develop the skills to lead with an intersectional lens, removing barriers to progress and enhancing engagement, retention and performance across all demographics.
