The People Leaders Agenda. Unfiltered edition.

DETAILS

A private, invite-only forum for senior leaders shaping the people agenda inside complex organisations. This is not a conference. It is not a panel marathon. And it is not designed for scale.

‘The People Leaders Agenda; Unfiltered’ brings together 16 to 20 director-level people leaders for a highly curated, high-trust experience focused on the real challenges that sit behind the title.

Who it is for

This forum is designed for those already carrying responsibility for the people agenda, including:

  • Chief People Officers
  • Chief Talent Officers
  • People and HR Directors
  • Global People Leaders

Attendance is by invitation only to ensure depth, relevance and psychological safety.

Why this is different

Most people leadership events optimise for visibility. This one optimises for impact. Instead of broad panels and polished soundbites, this experience is built around three principles:

  • Real challenges, shared honestly
  • Senior-to-senior learning, not expert lectures
  • Structured reflection that turns insight into action

Every conversation starts with what is actually keeping leaders awake at night.

The format

Ahead of the session, each participating CPO or people leader completes short pre-work, sharing the one-two challenges currently weighing most heavily on them.

From this, core themes are identified. These may include topics such as AI and the people agenda, leading through change and transformation, or executive stakeholder management.

On the day, the experience unfolds as a series of focused cycles:

  • A 10 to 15 minute deconstructed conversation with one senior people leader on a single theme
  • An immediate small-group coaching session, facilitated by an executive coach, to explore implications, tensions and decisions
  • The cycle then repeats with a second and third people leader, each focused on a different theme

This structure allows participants to hear how peers are navigating complexity, then actively work through their own context while the insight is fresh.

Beyond the room

The value of the forum is designed to extend well beyond the day itself. Participants are placed into small peer groups of six to eight. Within these groups, they receive:

  • Two follow-up group coaching sessions over the following six months, creating continuity and accountability
  • The opportunity to feature on People Pod (Coming soon podcast), our people leadership podcast, sharing perspective rather than promotion
  • Access to a trusted peer network that remains deliberately small and relationship-led

How we communicate

  • There is no mass marketing for this forum
  • Every invitation is personal, tailored and intentional, reflecting the standard of conversation we expect in the room. This is about depth, not reach.

If you are invited, it is because your perspective matters.

Hosts

Fiona Barron and Emma Rapoport  bring deep experience across organisational transformation, leadership development, and executive coaching, combining commercial realism with psychological insight.
