Building the Leadership Capability to turn Strategy into Execution at Boots
Context
In partnership with their HR and L&D Team, we created an immersive on-line experience for the Senior Leaders designed to empower attendees to take ownership and accountability on the delivery of their business objectives in a constantly changing environment,
The programme featured practical tools to turn strategy into a ‘team vision’ with clear purpose and actions, co-create insight to generate tactical executional ideas, engineer and harness the power of attitude and also provided a live forum for peer to peer discussion and team building.
We also created stand alone training videos for each tool to help embed the learning and for leaders to disseminate the content to their teams and the wider organisation.
This is an ongoing programme with impact still being measured.
