  • Carlo & Lola led these sessions extremely well, allowing for people to share their thoughts openly and really creating a "safe space" where we felt we could be honest. I've learnt a lot about my colleagues throughout these sessions. Notwithstanding the actual content of the sessions (which even after 4 years of business school there's been some new gems I've learned), the knowledge that we're not alone with our issues at work and can approach them together in cross-team collaboration has been the biggest takeaway from the programme so far.
