One size does not fit all. Often, one size fits no one. Success requires a data-driven, iterative approach, that is grounded in the problem, not the solution. We use the following principles to design our bespoke programmes with clients:

  • The Science and Technology team in the Unilever Nutrition and Ice-cream business groups develops breakthrough technology which delivers food innovations that are better for people and the planet. Having identified a number of Grand Challenges, including Net Zero and Zero Food Waste, I asked T-minus to guide our teams to develop novel approaches to tackle these hairy goals. I was convinced that we needed to combine leadership and organisational change with looking for novel technical solutions, and unleash our creative potential through empowerment and experimentation.
