In a nutshell

Whilst disruption is happening across every industry, every pioneering organisations’ story and context is unique. Growth is not linear. Scale and rapid cycles of change bring challenge and complexity into the system. Blockers. Thresholds. Ceilings. We know you’re grappling with these first-hand. We’ve been part of them ourselves.

But what is ubiquitous are ‘tipping points’ on the trajectory – key decision points that will delay or accelerate the next phase of growth. It’s at these moments that we can bring our deep experience and insights to support you.

Our approach respects and adapts to your uniqueness, culture and people. We don’t know all of the answers and we don’t pretend to. But we do bring the right people to the right problem at the right time. We’re fearless and know that success comes from failure, each of us having learnt that the hard way. Through practice and test & learn approaches, we pull together all the ingredients that will ensure your next phase is a successful one.

Our Design Principles
One size does not fit all. Often, one size fits no one. Success requires a data-driven, iterative approach, that is grounded in the problem, not the solution. We use the following principles to design our bespoke programmes with clients:

Design Principles

We partner with you to build a curriculum tailored to the business, learner goals, company values and behaviours.
We work like a high growth business ourselves, we test, iterate and adapt as we go to determine what really works and continually evolve the programme.
We use real live business challenges that are highly relevant to participants’ work and personal challenges.
We use data drives insights to identify and then measure the business success factors that ensure we deliver ROI.
People are time poor. We’ll snatch just enough time, at the right time and make the insight count at the very next meeting.
We draw on our ecosystem of brilliant thinkers and practitioners in leadership at high growth tech companies and leading corporates.

  • The Science and Technology team in the Unilever Nutrition and Ice-cream business groups develops breakthrough technology which delivers food innovations that are better for people and the planet. Having identified a number of Grand Challenges, including Net Zero and Zero Food Waste, I asked T-minus to guide our teams to develop novel approaches to tackle these hairy goals. I was convinced that we needed to combine leadership and organisational change with looking for novel technical solutions, and unleash our creative potential through empowerment and experimentation. It was the perfect fit for T-Minus. Carlo and team took me and my leadership on a change journey, and set up self-selecting, self-steering and self-driving teams to develop approaches to tackle the Grand Challenges and bring S&T solutions to market. T-minus brings a unique combination of Agile, Entrepreneurship and Leadership Coaching experience. Rather than coming with the answer, they co-created the change with us. The impact has been lasting. I can recommend Carlo and his team wholeheartedly!
