Helping senior leaders drive success at scale at Thought Machine
Thought Machine is a scaleup fintech creating the future of banking. A mere 6 months since a $200m Series C, they have again raised $160m in a Series D, creating a valuation of $2.7bn. During its rapid growth, Thought Machine’s senior leaders have needed to rise to the challenge and navigate increased complexity as the business scales. They must keep their teams motivated, aligned around a shared vision, while delivering results at speed as they grow rapidly.
In close partnership with the CTO and Head of L&D, we developed a tailored senior leadership programme to build participants’ capability as organisational leaders. Drawing on cutting edge thinking, we equipped them with the skills needed to empower themselves and their teams to deliver at scale and thrive in uncertainty and rapid change. Starting with a comprehensive 360, we then used a blend of peer to peer and 121 coaching, team workshops and practical assignments to help participants meet their individual learning goals. Finally, we put their skills to the test on a strategic business challenge, chosen by the C-team.
Participants reported 100% satisfaction with all modules. They also reported increased levels of self awareness and ability to manage themselves and others, increased cross-team collaboration, greater understanding of organisational dynamics and confidence in their leadership ability.
