With over 12 years of experience in leadership development and coaching, Fiona’s journey has been deeply rooted in the integration of positive psychology and business best practices from Soho House to leading her own business. Her aim is to not only empower employees by leveraging their strengths for optimum performance but also to champion an environment of gender equity and inclusivity.
Fiona has designed gender-inclusive training programs that not only align with business goals but also catalyse gender equity. Her diverse background in clinical psychology, positive psychology, and men’s mental health equips her with unique insights into leadership development and coaching.
