Neuroscience expert Nicola Skorko joins T– as Leadership Development Lead

DETAILS

Nicola, ICF accredited executive leadership coach, neuroscience expert, team coach and creative facilitator joins T– as Leadership Development Lead.

Enabling managers and leaders to grow, develop and work towards personal and business goals is what Nicola does best. Leadership coaching with a large sprinkling of neuroscience creates the perfect mix of support to really get the best from people and support them to shine.

Carlo Risi, T– CCO says: We love having Nic as part of the team – her passion for client work and being an expert practitioner, her energy for collaboration and also for being a massive geek! Most of all, from the get go we felt a strong connection, shared ambition and that she would be a brilliant fit and addition to the T– collective.

Nic says: I think for me in T–, I loved that sense of challenging how things have been done, how leadership has been taught and coached. Moving away from the old and stagnant, that doesn’t work now in the world of work. Instead, do things in a new way, with a voice that is brave and bold. And at the heart of it in a way that is human and real, supporting leaders to be human, understand themselves to understand others and lead work in a really human way. And the energy and ambition of a great group of people, with that intention to make the leadership world a better one.
