Sacha Joyce, former Client Director at Cirrus, part of Accenture, has joined T–’s Senior Leadership Team. With over 15 years of experience in talent and leadership development, culture transformation and people strategy, Sacha has worked with some of the world’s most recognised organisations to help unlock the full potential of their people and brands. Her clients have included: NatWest, Best Buy, Nokia, Lego Group and HSBC.

During her time at Cirrus, Sacha led global programmes focused on leadership and high potential talent audiences, collaborating to build leadership capability aligned with company strategy, accelerate change and activate culture. She partnered with clients across sectors to drive real impact at scale. Following Accenture’s acquisition of Cirrus, her role evolved to include the coaching of leadership teams going through significant technology driven transformation.

Sacha brings a passion for purpose-led enterprise leadership, disruptive thinking, and ultimately, a belief in human connection as the catalyst to accelerate change.
